The imagination, determination, and realisticness. What I call the great triangle. This is what makes the visionary leaders we know today. What makes those historic individuals that had a significant impact on the world that we live in today. The internet, the phone, electricity, and space shuttles. Every one of these inventions and those who have contributed to their growth.
The imagination is the most important aspect and at the tip of the triangle. With your imagination, you can see. See the future, see the problem, and potential of wherever you want to go, and it can serve as a really powerful self-motivator. Imagination being the most important aspect is what most people lack.
To be an effective visionary is to not only see a vision but along with it have the realistic details on how to get there but to ALSO have the determination to stay consistent.
When it comes to things that interest me, not only am I a diligent worker but a lifelong learner. I haven’t seen a sliver of my qualities in action, so I’m hoping to bring myself to a stand that will test, strengthen and showcase them, in order to create a better world.
