How you can too.
I thought I didn’t know how to follow my intuition but it seems I already react to my intuition unconsciously.
Example: I never know why I make the time to leave school even a minute earlier after school, turns out I intuitively know that it is the source of a lot of negative feelings, so even if it’s a minute I make the time to rush out regardless. This was an insight. A realization.
I know that intuition is in our subconscious so since I am now aware of my unconscious actions towards my intuition, I can now maybe understand and utilize my own intuition better.
I do know in some ways that I have utilized my intuition. (Storytime) I always had a sense of feeling that I was worried about something. I’m fine…all of sudden I say aloud to myself, “I’m worried about something…but what is it?” Almost always I pinpoint it almost immediately after. Pinpointing what it is makes me feel better and sometimes I think on how I can improve that worrying situation.
Tip: Remember if you find yourself doing something especially consistently rushing for seemingly no reason it’s you reacting unconsciously to your intuition.

You keep reading something means you probably want to revise it and know you can do better.
You know you should be patient but you keep wanting to check and not because of excitement, because you keep wanting to make sure everything is alright. Something may not actually be right. Research and keep checking till you don’t feel the irking urge to anymore.
