Conventinal schooling is teaching you to be workers as you are trained from a young age to pull through and do what you don’t want to do. That way you’d never complain. Now your a worker.
Sometimes you have to comply to get where you want however. Therefore only those with innate introspective qualities seem to make it somewhere other than as a worker in life.
